This project in Centerville was a full exterior transformation, taking a standard vinyl-sided home and upgrading it into a modern, low-maintenance exterior built to last.
The homeowners had recently dealt with storm damage to the roof, which was replaced through insurance. At the same time, they made the decision to update the entire exterior.
This is their long-term home, and they wanted something that looked better, performed better, and wouldn’t need constant upkeep.
This one was especially meaningful.
We lived in this neighborhood for about 10 years, so getting the opportunity to complete this project for neighbors made it even better.
We take pride in every job, but projects like this, where there’s already a relationship, mean a little more.
The home originally had vinyl siding with no major functional issues, but like many homes in Centerville, it felt dated and lacked definition.
The front entry had a very small covered landing, functional, but not something that added much to the home’s appearance or usability
The homeowners were clear about what they wanted:

To avoid a flat, one-dimensional look:
The contrast between dark siding, stone, and natural wood creates a balanced, finished look that stands out without being overdone.

One of the biggest upgrades on this project was the front porch.
The original was a small covered landing. We removed it and rebuilt:
This change alone significantly improved how the home feels from the street and how the entry is used day-to-day.

Along with the siding and porch work, the project included:
The design also accounted for roof runoff and water flow, especially around areas like the back deck, to ensure long-term performance.
This home had a few unique structural elements:
Extra attention was given to:
These details are what make the finished product look complete, and perform correctly.
The finished home is:
It’s a noticeable transformation, from a standard vinyl exterior to a more refined, custom look.
